What is a lead qualification system?
It is a way to decide automatically which people who apply for coaching are most likely to become good clients. SpringKite does it with a scoring rule for each answer on your application form.
Do I need a CRM or Zapier?
No. The application form, the scoring and the lead inbox are all inside SpringKite, so there is nothing to connect.
What happens to leads who are not a fit?
They are still saved in your inbox, marked “Not a fit”, so you can ignore them or reply later. Nothing is deleted.
Is it only for fitness coaches?
No. It works for any online coach who takes applications, but the examples and templates are built with fitness and nutrition coaches in mind.
